Our head baker, Cheri Brown, established Diamond Dust Bakery & Coffee Shop Inc. in 2016. We're a family owned and operated establishment. Cheri has been a part of the food industry ever since she was young. While in college, she was known for her delicious cinnamon rolls. Her current specialty is cupcakes. She opened her first cupcake catering business in her home.
After opening her cupcake line, Chering Sweets, Cheri wanted to open her own bakery. She was inspired by her great-grandfather, James Schultz, who owned the Diamond Bluff Tavern in Saint Peter from 1936 to 1946. The name of her bakery came from her family’s local tavern. We are local and family owned with years of experience.
