Opened for business in September 2013 after a major remodel to the historical former Walnut Chalet and most currently, the Riverside Cafe. The Middle Fork is owned by cousins Suzanne Ziebarth and Cindy Finsaas, a duo who believed in a vision and brought it to life through modern decor, homemade fine foods, and a smalltown feel that keeps the Middle Fork Cafe down to earth despite its delectable high falutin’ menu.
Was the Middle Fork named for its proximity to the Middle Fork River or for the middle fork in a table setting? You decide. We’re easy going like that.

The Middle Fork is located on Main Street in vibrant New London, and backs up to the river that flows right through town. We have patio seating for the beautiful Minnesota days, and music, fancy coffees, wine and beer, and much more. We would love to have you.
