We moved into a closed down GM dealership in March of 2003. Our grand
opening was September of 2003 with one mechanic, 2 service bays, and
some used tire equipment. Since that day, we have been striving to
improve our store in every aspect. I usually put myself in the
customers' shoes when it comes to a vehicle purchase or repair. We try
to have good communication at all times with the customers so that there
are no surprises. I know what it is like to have "buyers remorse"
therefore we try to eliminate that aspect of the sale. My wife is the
office manager and handles the books, and I consider every one of my
employees as family. We currently have 7 service bays plus an alignment
rack. Our techs are ASE certified. We try to stay up to date on the
latest equipment and technological advances in the automotive world so
that we are able to service every make and model of every year. I feel
that selling a lot of cars for a little profit is far better than
selling a few cars with high profit.
We offer several financing options from "buy here, pay here" and sub-prime lending all the way up to prime rate lending. This is a one stop dealership which means that we take care of the loan applications, tax, title, and license. All at zero cost to the customer which means "no doc fee."
