Welcome to The Picket Fence! Started in 2006, the gift shop has recently relocated to a 1910 repurposed hardware & bank building shared with Patti’s Quilting & Gifts. The Fence focuses on gifts, decor & vintage finds with Rustic Farmhouse flair. Much of our inventory focuses on items made in Iowa and locally made unique one of a kind gifts. Besides decor, you will find an ever changing variety of practical kitchen gifts and delectable edibles featuring Watkins, Rabbit Creek, Wind and Willow, and popular personal gift items include Aromatherapy soaps, lotions, Milkhouse Candles, Santa Maria wines with lots in between. All with vintage antique and repurposed furnishings plus small collectible finds mixed in for an eclectic feel. We also have greeting cards and gift bags for that finishing touch. We LOVE being a small hometown business in one of Iowa’s best & friendliest little communities!
