Val & Eva Godden opened Welcome TV in 1954. They, along with brother-in-law Bill Monk provided the area with television sales and repair as well as UHF antenna installation.
Curt Godden, Val & Eva's son, came on board in 1969 shortly after graduating from Brown Institute in Minneapolis. Today, Curt operates Welcome TV with his Daughter, Bridget Blue, who entered the business 21 years ago this October.
Travis Rosenberg came to work in 1990 for Welcome TV and is the main technician for most shop repairs and Installations.
Val in his final years, continued to work at Welcome TV until shortly before his passing on September 17, 2004. Eva joined him on June 30th 2018. They were both so proud of Welcome TV. We are honored to continue their legacy. This year we celebrate 64 years!
