The Council meets the second and fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. The Council Chambers are on the lower level of the City Hall-Library Building. Most meetings are open to the public unless notified for closed meetings. The council is made up of four regular council members and a mayor. They have rotating terms, and are elected in November during the even year regular elections.
