- Provides direction for all City and Public Utilities operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Provides staff support to the City Council, Public Utilities and City boards and commissions.
- Coordinates City and Public Utilities activities involving civic organizations and other government agencies on a wide variety of community issues and projects.
- Prepares the annual City budget and meeting agendas for City Council and Public Utilities meetings.
- Coordinates the personnel management system for all City and Public Utilities departments.
- Processes all requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, materials and equipment required for City and Public Utilities operations.
- Assists the public by responding to a wide variety of inquiries.
- Coordinates Parade Permits for approval.
