Offices at City Hall include: Office of Mayor, Office of City Manager, City Clerk's Office, Public Works Department, Planning Department The Spencer Council Chambers is located at the North end of the building with a separate entrance at 420 2nd Avenue West. The north entrance to City Hall is the entrances to the offices of the Spencer Chamber of Commerce
