Public facilities include a large and expanded library, a community center with senior center, a park which includes playgrounds, a swimming pool, ball field, sand volleyball area, and picnic shelter. In addition, the Rolling Hills Golf Course lies some three miles west of Westbrook for recreational use in the spring, summer, and fall. For the hunting and fishing enthusiasts, Westbrook is only minutes away from some excellent hunting and fishing year-round entertainment.
