Rick Ritter started working in the store in 1977 as a carry-out in the grocery dept. In 1981 he started assisting in the floor-covering department as a floor mechanic. He became a partner in 1999. Pam Dralle is Jeff’s wife and has been in charge of internal accounting for 24 years and joined the firm as a partner in 1993. Jeff Dralle is the 3rd generation of Dralle’s to co-own Dralle’s Dept. Store and has been involved in the business for 52 years. He became a partner in 1972. They are all part of the Dralle’s Sales Team and combine for over 116 years of sales & service. The Dralle Family has been involved in the present business since 1910. Jeff’s Grandpa Henry emigrated from Germany and joined the Buchholz family business in 1913. In 1966 the store’s name was changed from Buchholz & Dralle’s to Dralle’s Dept. Store, Inc. Jeff’s deceased family members, Father-Jim, Uncle-Keith and Cousin-Greg were partners during the era of Dralle’s Dept. Store.
