In the mid eighties the trend was moving toward membrane roofs. We did some investigation and liked what we saw. Up until 1991 Commercial roofing was the largest part of our business. Due to all the storms in the surrounding area, the shingling has gone from 300-600 roofs per year to 1,000 – 1,400. The Commercial Roofing is still going strong. Metal roofs and architectural metal roofs are becoming ever more popular, which is why we offer these roofs to both residential and commercial customers. Standing seam roofs can really make a dramatic change to a home.
